1. The game
Yippy One Shot is a free, skill based golf game run by Yippy Pouches, LLC ("Yippy"), North Carolina. Each day there is one hole, Yippy Hollow. Players get three swings a day and try to land the ball as close to the pin as they can. The hole, pin position, wind and clubs are the same for every player on a given day. Results are scored by Yippy's servers.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is needed to play or to win. A purchase does not improve your chances.
3. Who can play
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of play. Employees and contractors of Yippy and their immediate families may play but are not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to play
- The game day runs from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm Eastern Time. A new hole opens every day.
- You get three counted swings per game day. The first two need no sign up. To take the third you enter your email address.
- Your email address is your player account. One person, one email address, one set of three swings per day, on one device. Using more than one email address, device, browser or network to get extra swings is not allowed.
- Yippy may add ways to earn extra swings (for example inviting friends). Any such offer will say how many extra swings it gives and its own conditions.

- A player can earn at most one hole in one prize and one 20% code per game day.
- Prizes are delivered by email to the address you entered in the game. Yippy is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered because the address was mistyped or is not yours.
- Hole in one: Yippy will review the shot and email the winner within three business days with a single use code for the 5-pack. The code is tied to the winner's email address and expires 14 days after it is sent.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. Yippy may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a flavor or product is unavailable.
- Shipping is to addresses in the United States only.
6. Fair play
Yippy scores every swing on its own servers. Yippy may withhold or take back a prize, and may block a player, if it reasonably believes a player has:
- used more than one account, email address, device or network to get extra swings;
- used software, scripts, bots or other automated means to play;
- tampered with the game, its code or its communications with Yippy's servers;
- entered an email address that is not their own;
- broken these rules in any other way.
Yippy's decisions about scoring and eligibility are final.
7. Your email address
Yippy uses your email address to run the game: to keep your daily swings together, to deliver prizes and to contact you about a prize. Yippy will only send you marketing email if you tick the box "Keep me in the loop for future events and offers". You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any such email. 8. General
- Yippy may change, pause or end the game at any time, including changing the prizes for future game days. Prizes already earned will be honored.
- Yippy is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected emails, or for technical problems with devices, networks or the game that stop a swing from being counted.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.
- By playing you agree to these rules. If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still apply. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
- Yippy products contain no nicotine and no tobacco. They are intended for adults.
